Besov rough path analysis

چکیده
Rough path analysis is developed in the full Besov scale. This extends, and essentially concludes, an investigation started by Prömel Trabs (2016) [49], further studied a series of papers Liu, Teichmann. A new sewing lemma, real-analysis result interest its own right, plays key role, flexibility choice parameters allows for treatment equations not available Hölder or variation settings. Important classes stochastic processes fit present framework.

Rough path analysis : An Introduction
We denote by Bp,T (Rd) the Banach space which consists of continuous paths starting at 0 with finite p-variation norm ‖ ‖p. The 1-variation norm of x is the same as the total variation of x. The p-variation norm defines a weaker topology of the C1-path space with x0 = 0. Actually it is proved that I0,T (x) is a continuous functional of x in the p-variation topology for any 1 ≤ p < 2. However it...
متن کاملRough Path Analysis Via Fractional Calculus
Using fractional calculus we define integrals of the form ∫ b a f(xt)dyt, where x and y are vector-valued Hölder continuous functions of order β ∈ ( 1 3 , 1 2 ) and f is a continuously differentiable function such that f ′ is λ-Höldr continuous for some λ > 1 β − 2. Under some further smooth conditions on f the integral is a continuous functional of x, y, and the tensor product x ⊗ y with respe...
متن کاملNotes on proofs of continuity theorem in rough path analysis
The solution Zz0,h of ODE driven by some smooth path h is a functional of h. Rough path analysis gives some new continuity theorem for the functional h → Zh. In the proof of [3], first, the solution is constructed on small interval and, iterating the procedure, the solution is constructed on the whole interval. In this procedure, the initial point of the solution in the second small interval is...
متن کاملIsoperimetry and Rough Path Regularity
Optimal sample path properties of stochastic processes often involve generalized Hölderor variation norms. Following a classical result of Taylor, the exact variation of Brownian motion is measured in terms of ψ (x) ≡ x/ log log (1/x) near 0+. Such ψ-variation results extend to classes of processes with values in abstract metric spaces. (No Gaussian or Markovian properties are assumed.) To esta...
متن کاملSound compression – a rough path approach
We present a new approach to sound compression, based on rough path theory, which turns out to be more effective than the traditional Fourier and Wavelet methods. We describe a procedure for encoding a signal using certain sequences of iterated integrals known as signatures and construct an algorithm for decoding.
